Appointed Life Member on the 17 November 1976.
Frank Terrett came onto the Golf Committee in 1961, when the grass greens were to be sown on 26 March 1961.
He became Junior Vice President 1962, Senior Vice President in 1963 and President in 1965 through 1966. He remained on the Committee for a further three years.
Frank Terrett during his time a President, made a strong point of organising a golf game with each new member. His personality and manner made him a man to be respected by all.
Should a working bee need equipment, Frank Terrett always had Terrett’s Timber trucks on the course so that the works could be conducted efficiently.
Frank aways had time to advise any new President of development proposals for the Club and never lost sight of the benefits of the Club.
During tournaments, he would be seen collaborating with the members to ensure the smooth running of the event.
